A company shall, on being so required by a member, send to him within seven days of the requirement, on payment of one rupee, a copy of the articles. If a company makes default, the company and every officer of the company, who is in default, shall be punishable with fine up to Rs 50 (s.39).

12.4.4 (Inspection and copies of the Articles)
